24 hours a day, 7 days a week, RedDot Community Extranet is here to help you with all your product support needs. RedDot Community provides an online Knowledge Base full of solutions to our most frequently asked questions. You can also download latest software versions and most current documents anytime you want.
In addition, the RedDot Ticket System is the most useful and recommended way to get detailed answers to your unique or specific project-related questions. The Ticket System allows customers to open, edit, close, and re-open current and past tickets, as well as keeping a history of all support communication.
Another feature on RedDot Community is RedDot Live Support. This is a direct chat connection to our Product Support Team. RedDot Live Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM ET. When a Product Support Specialist is unavailable, you may submit a ticket issue from within the RedDot Live Support as well.
You can also contact RedDot's Product Support Team by e-mail at support@reddot.com. A RedDot Product Support Specialist will then contact you immediately and enter your e-mail into a support ticket to track all communication for you.

On-Call Premium Product Support for all customers helps with urgent issues that occur during off hours. This is specially useful when you upgrade your CMS to the latest version on the weekends and need a RedDot Product Support Specialist to stand by. After we receive your call we will and you agreed with the terms and conditions then we assign appropriate RedDot Product Specialist to solve the issue immediately.
Premium support hours:
Monday to Friday : 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM (ET)
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (ET)
including company holidays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (ET)
You can purchase premium support by per incident for a small fee or you can add unlimited premium support with your yearly maintenance contract.
